Visa Status Check (Nusuk Hajj)

All pilgrims are required to regularly check their visa status via the Nusuk Hajj platform and take action where necessary.

Understanding Your Visa Status

Please refer to your current status and follow the guidance below (Visa Status in Bold):

New
➤ No action required at this stage. Please continue to wait for updates.
Under Process
➤ Your application is being reviewed. No action is required at this time.
Approved
➤ Your visa has been issued. Please download and print a copy for your records and travel.
Send Passport to Embassy
➤ You are required to submit your passport to the Saudi Embassy.
For UK pilgrims, please send a copy of your passport and Nusuk Hajj Invoice via email to: ukemb@mofa.gov.sa

Who Needs Biometrics?
➤ This applies only to UK nationals and residents.

Please ensure your biometrics are completed promptly to avoid delays.

Important Verification Checks

Before travel, it is essential that all visa details are accurate and match your passport and Nusuk profile exactly.

This includes:

Full name spelling
Passport number
Nationality
Photograph

Errors in visa details may result in denied boarding or refusal of entry. In previous years, pilgrims were unable to travel due to avoidable discrepancies.

Hajj Visa Check & Download Guide

You can now check and download your Hajj visa online by following these steps (If your Hajj Visa Status is “Approved”):

Step 1: Visit the Official Visa Portal

Go to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs visa service page: https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/visaservices/Searchvisa

Step 2: Switch to English

Once the page loads, tap or click “E” at the top left corner to change the website language to English (On mobile devices it will be within the menu dropdown).

Step 3: Enter Your Details

Under “First Value” → select Passport Number
Under “Second Value” → Select First Name
Complete any remaining required fields as shown on the page

Step 4: Search for Your Visa

Click the “Inquire” button to proceed.

If your visa has been issued, it will appear on the screen
You will then be able to download and print your visa

Important Notes

If your visa does not appear yet, please check again later as processing may still be ongoing
Ensure all details are entered exactly as per your passport
Keep a printed copy of your visa for travel and check-in purposes
