Failure to pay within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
Hajj Services are controlled by Supply Partners in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and are subject to KSA laws and regulations.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking by providing written notice to us. Cancellation fees may apply based on the time of cancellation.
Hajj Services: Cancellation policies are as per Nusuk Hajj Cancellation which is available via hajj.nusuk.sa

By Us/Hajj Partners:

We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., changes in government regulations, safety concerns). In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangements.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed according to Nusuk Hajj refund policy outlined at the time of booking.

5. Health and Travel Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you meet all health, visa, and travel requirements for your pilgrimage.
We may require health-related information to facilitate your trip, and you agree to provide such information as requested.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation or Hajj Supplier). We are not liable for the actions or omissions of these providers.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of information on our website.
Hajj Guides will not be held liable for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
