Hajj Essentials: Your Roadmap to Spiritual Triumph
Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed and processed for verification. To move forward to the next stage, all members (companions) linked to your profile must be successfully verified.
This process can take a few days to a few weeks. Please check your profile periodically for updates.
(Note: This is the official Nusuk email address: Nusuk Hajj – نـُـسُـك حج <no_reply@hajj.nusuk.sa>)
Do not worry if your profile has not yet been verified, the Nusuk team will be working through everyone’s profiles. If your profile is refused, you will be advised to correct the information and resubmit, this is normal.
Once your profile has been verified, you need to log into Nusuk Hajj and take the following two actions:
Activate Your eWallet
Follow the step by step guide below.
Note: You do not need to physically top up the eWallet to activate it. Just following the process to select a card/bank is sufficient.
Note: Your bank and card vendors may charge a fixed fee or a percentage of the total amount as foreign transfer fee. We advise you to shop around as these figures could add up significantly. As per Nusuk Hajj T&C’s, you may withdraw funds you have topped up, however, a 1.5% processing fee +VAT will be deducted from the total withdrawn.
If all steps have been completed, you are now ready to proceed when Hajj packages become available.
We will announce when packages are released for viewing ONLY. At that stage, you will be able to explore your options and prepare for the next step of your journey.
Remember, this journey began the moment you made your intention and every stage that follows is part of that path. Patience (sabr) is an essential part of Hajj preparation and delays or waiting periods are part of the process of being chosen and prepared for this sacred journey. Trust in the timing, remain hopeful and continue to prepare both practically and spiritually as you move forward.
