As part of your Hajj preparations, you are required to complete your biometric enrolment. Please follow the guidance provided and complete this as early as possible to ensure smooth and timely processing of your travel requirements.
All pilgrims should regularly check their visa status on Nusuk Hajj and ensure any required actions are completed promptly. Depending on your status, you may need to wait, print your visa, submit passport details or complete biometrics.
As part of your Hajj preparations, you are required to complete the necessary vaccinations, including the Meningitis ACWY vaccine. Please ensure this is done in good time and that you receive a valid certificate matching your passport details.
As part of your Hajj journey, we are offering both Qurbani (Hady) and Madinah Ziyarah services to support and enhance your experience. The Qurbani service ensures your obligation is fulfilled correctly and in accordance with the required guidelines, while the Madinah Ziyarah tour provides an opportunity to visit key historical and Islamic sites with guidance. Please review the details and complete the required steps to arrange these services where applicable.
For pilgrims travelling with the Haramain High Speed Railway (HHR) as part of their package or those planning to purchase tickets during their journey, it is important to be aware of the luggage restrictions in place.
The HHR enforces strict baggage policies and failure to comply may result in delays or refusal of items at the station. To ensure a smooth and stress-free journey between cities, please review the official luggage guidelines in advance.
